1. Service
TrueToSize is a search and comparison service. We do not sell products; purchases happen on third-party stores under their own terms. The service is currently in private beta and provided “as is”.
2. Prices & information
Prices, shipping costs, duties, taxes and availability are estimates based on data from stores and public sources. They can change or be inaccurate. Always verify the final price on the store's checkout page. Size recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of fit.
3. Ratings & certifications
Seller trust signals and brand certifications are compiled from publicly available or licensed sources, each shown with its origin and date. They are informational only.
4. Accounts
Beta accounts are personal and provided by invitation. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (scraping, automated access, attempts to disrupt operation).
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from purchases made on third-party stores or from reliance on information shown by the service.
